Welcome to RinjaniTrekkingCare.com. By booking a trek with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, safety, and satisfaction for all our clients.
1. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through WhatsApp, email, or via our website.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the trek departure.

Confirmation will be sent after the deposit is received.
2. Payment Options

Any transaction or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 30 days before trek: Full refund (minus admin fees)

15–29 days before trek: 50% refund

Less than 15 days or no-show: No refund

If the trek is canceled due to natural disasters, volcanic activity, or extreme weather, we will offer rescheduling or a partial refund depending on the situation.
4. Participant Requirements

Trekkers must be in good physical condition and mentally prepared for mountain hiking.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special dietary needs.

Participants must follow the guides’ instructions for safety and environmental protection.

Each person is responsible for their own belongings.
5. Insurance

Travel and medical insurance is not included in any of our packages.

We highly recommend all trekkers obtain their own insurance that covers trekking and high-altitude activities.
6. Changes & Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary, schedule, or route for safety reasons or due to natural conditions.

In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives when possible.
7. Liability Disclaimer

Rinjani Trekking Care is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, health issues, or loss of personal items during the trek.

Trekking is a physically demanding activity and all participants accept the risks involved.
8. Environmental & Ethical Commitment

We are committed to eco-friendly trekking. All waste must be carried back and disposed of properly.

We support local communities and practice responsible tourism in Mount Rinjani National Park.
